Our wait was over twice what they told us but the waiting area is stocked with snacks and water bottles & there are so many gorgeous vehicles to gawk at inside the showroom that the wait wasn't too terrible. Attendants were super chill and helpful.

I'm in Denver, passing through, and had a disappointing problem with my Fiat. Distraught, I called and asked for the service department. The operator and service department both answered on the first ring. I told Shawn in service about the nature of the problem, and he told me to get the car in first thing in the morning. Shawn greeted me by name in the morning even though he'd never met me. They had the unusual part in stock, and got the problem fixed, and covered it under warranty. I also had my oil changed since I was in. I am wowed! From the restroom, to the waiting room, to the friendly attention I was given, to the sales showroom, to the quality of the service, the price of the oil change, the car wash that they did without asking. I will definitely make an effort to bring my service and next car purchase here despite that I don't live nearby. Before my Fiat, I drove an Acura for the last twenty years. I am a total convert.
